1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. The position offers up to $22.75 per hour and 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in receiving and handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and relocate incoming stock efficiently.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Interact effectively with colleagues and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
