1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join ALDI's warehouse operations team. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse operates in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect and ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and improving processes.
• Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment.
