1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at Aldi. This is a full-time position, with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate and cooperate with team members.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Good communication skills and ability to work efficiently.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
