Job Description

Join ALDI as a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker and be part of a dynamic team that ensures efficient warehouse operations. You will play a vital role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general warehouse cleaning and maintain safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report quality or safety issues.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Flexible to work in varying temperatures and environments.
