Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment to our stores. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and support achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds of product.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
