Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join Aldi's team on a full-time basis. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring timely fulfillment of store orders and maintaining warehouse standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
