1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join Aldi's team on a full-time basis. The role involves receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership. The position requires physical agility to lift and move products and operate equipment safely. The ideal candidate will exhibit competencies such as conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency. Education-wise, a high school diploma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
