1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to optimize processes.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communication skills, attention to detail, and basic math skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
