1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers competitive wages and benefits in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate warehouse equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
