Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi for the 2nd Shift. This role involves efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. If you are detail-oriented, able to work independently and in a team, and have physical stamina, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and organize the warehouse to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills for inventory management.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
• Collaborative and organized approach to tasks.
