Job Description
We are hiring a 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's dynamic team. This position offers competitive wages of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling store orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately and in a timely manner.
- Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold warehouse appearance standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Provide feedback for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Inspect product quality and follow safety guidelines.
- Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, and pull throughout the warehouse.
- Work in varying temperatures and safely operate powered industrial equipment.
