2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi to join our dynamic team during the 2nd shift. As a key member of the warehouse, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders efficiently and maintaining warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and warehouse leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency in work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
