2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse and for deliveries.
• Engage in various physical activities including sitting, standing, bending, and reaching.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
