We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety. This position offers a starting wage of up to $28.75 per hour and various schedule options to suit your availability.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Assist in inventory counts and provide input for process enhancement.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to work efficiently, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
