2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and interacting effectively with your peers and warehouse leadership to achieve our operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, and ensure compliance with sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates responsibility, collaboration, positive attitude, agility, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
