2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi, a leading grocery retailer. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient stock fulfillment, merchandise organization, and overall warehouse operations. You will be working approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on the shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Clean warehouse, participate in inventory counts, and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Adept at interpreting and applying company policies, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
