Job Description
We are looking to hire a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. This position entails working 30-35 hours per week with competitive starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on the assigned shift and schedule.
Schedules
- Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off
- Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off
- Schedule B: Rotating Saturdays and Sundays with weekdays off
- Schedule C: Alternating weekends working Saturdays and Sundays
- Schedule D: Monday to Friday with weekends off
Responsibilities
- Receive and manage incoming stock efficiently
- Organize, load, and unload merchandise
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance
- Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and management for effective warehouse operations
- Adhere to safety guidelines and report any quality or safety issues
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
