Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure the smooth operation of our distribution process.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and quality control.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
