Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise to fulfill orders efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining warehouse appearance standards, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership for effective warehouse operations.

Shift Details

2nd Shift starting at 3:00 PM. Various schedules are available for flexibility in work hours.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concerns for product integrity and safety.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Efficient in organizing and executing tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
