Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi on the 2nd Shift. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and working collaboratively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Take part in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
