Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, handling, and preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and ensuring efficient operations.

Job Type

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
• Starting Wage: Up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour
• Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:00 PM start time

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
