2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. This position offers an opportunity to work fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise to prepare for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and quality.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently in compliance with company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to ergonomic guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Interpret and apply company policies with excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
