2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. This position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. Our warehouse environment consists of both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, and we provide comprehensive training and safety programs to equip our associates for success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Interpret and apply company policies with excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
