Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, coordinating tasks, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of warehouse personnel.
• Oversee receiving, selection, and shipping processes.
• Develop action plans to improve operational results.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Lead and facilitate Warehouse Associate meetings.
• Train and develop direct reports for optimal performance.
• Address warehouse issues and escalate when necessary.

Job Qualifications

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to manage direct reports.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
