2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for full-time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join the ALDI team. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Shifts

• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating Saturday-Sunday shifts
• Schedule C: Alternating weekend shifts
• Schedule D: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old to apply.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, resilient, and drives for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic math skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Work in varying temperatures and safely operate equipment.
