2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a part-time position with fewer than 30 hours per week, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, you will be responsible for stock movement, organization, loading, unloading, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Collaborate on process improvements with warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic, communication, and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate equipment.
• Perform tasks in varying temperatures.
