2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi

Join our team at Aldi as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler in a part-time role with less than 30 hours per week, starting at $25.75 per hour. You'll be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to warehouse improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with team and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, collaboration, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and team player.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
