2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are seeking a talented 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week, offering a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. The position entails various responsibilities, including selecting and receiving stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading items for shipment, performing warehouse inventory counts, and maintaining warehouse appearance standards.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or within a team.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently required to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
