2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. This position offers competitive compensation with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule.

Shifts

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off.
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off.
• Schedule B: Saturday and Sunday 2 out of every 3 weeks.
• Schedule C: Saturday and Sunday every other weekend.
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday with weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Handle product relocation within warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming trucks.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members and provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle items up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in various temperatures including cold environments.
