Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler and play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse management.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently handle up to 45-pound products.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical positions.
