2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, based on the shift and schedule you choose. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 PM, and we offer various scheduling options to accommodate your needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and management for effective warehouse operations.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
