2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking to hire a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious, collaborative, positive, resilient, and success-driven behaviors.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment.
