2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team on a full-time basis. This role involves efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input on process improvement.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to maintain product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
