Job Description
We are hiring 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handlers at Aldi! Be part of our warehouse team and play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This part-time position offers competitive wages starting at $25.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours per week. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training to ensure success.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input for process improvement.
- Inspect and report product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or above.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Excellent communication, basic arithmetic, and organizational skills.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lifting and placing products up to 45 pounds.
- Working in varying temperatures and operating powered industrial equipment.
