Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This full-time role offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 PM.
Schedules
- Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday off each week.
- Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday, with Wednesday and Thursday off each week.
- Schedule B: Working Saturday and Sunday 2 out of every 3 weeks.
- Schedule C: Working both Saturday and Sunday every other weekend.
- Schedule D: Monday to Friday, with weekends off.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning and warehouse tasks.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product quality and collaborate with management.
- Act independently within the assigned responsibilities.
- Assist in achieving budget goals.
- Follow safety guidelines and report issues.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
