2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling products to ensure timely delivery to our stores and ultimately to our customers. In this part-time role, you will be working fewer than 30 hours per week. Our ideal candidate is a hardworking individual who thrives in both ambient and temperature-controlled work environments.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report quality or safety concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for efficient task completion.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, drives for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical fitness for lifting, moving, and operating equipment.
