2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handlers at Aldi. This full-time position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, fulfilling orders, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
