2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products efficiently to our stores. As a warehouse stocker, you will be responsible for organizing merchandise, ensuring warehouse cleanliness, and communicating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise to prepare for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and perform warehouse tasks.
