Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, fulfilling orders, and maintaining warehouse appearance standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Interact with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
