2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock, relocate merchandise, and prepare shipments strategically.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality, identify safety concerns, and provide input to improve processes.
• Operate equipment safely, follow ergonomic procedures, and maintain warehouse productivity.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Have the ability to interpret company policies, excellent communication skills, and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and perform warehouse duties effectively.
