2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the efficient flow of goods to our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving operational goals.
• Inspect product quality and collaborate with management on issues.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for efficient performance.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Interpretation of company policies, good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Excellent physical condition for warehouse tasks.
