2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse is operating smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and operational procedures.
• Perform tasks efficiently and within company policies.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and move merchandise effectively.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for inventory management.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
