2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. The position requires working 30-35 hours per week on the 2nd shift, starting at 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize merchandise and prepare shipments following warehouse guidelines.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Operate equipment safely and report quality or safety concerns.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
