2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the Aldi team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving and fulfilling orders, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring product quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean warehouse area to meet safety requirements.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with efficiency.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
