2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive high-quality goods in a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Handle merchandise relocation, sorting, loading, and unloading.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills as per ALDI Acts competencies.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior warehouse experience is beneficial.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
