2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for stores. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with colleagues and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
