2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of our warehouse operation, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient stock handling and warehouse organization. From receiving incoming stock to preparing product deliveries, your attention to detail and dedication are essential for our operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns and sanitation issues.
• Collaborate with warehouse management to achieve goals.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 18 years old or older.
• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and within a team.
