2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will be working an average of 30-35 hours per week, starting at a competitive wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule. You will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock efficiently, relocating merchandise in the warehouse, sorting and loading merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Keep warehouse clean and safe.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect and report product quality and safety concerns.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, positive attitude, resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
