2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, contributing to the efficient operation of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to work efficiently within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
