2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for various tasks such as selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, participating in inventory counts, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. If you are a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment; unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
